How to delete your account?
If you wish to delete your ergLocale account, you have two options:
1. Delete Through the App:
- Open the ergLocale app.
- Go to Settings.
- Select Profile.
- Choose Delete Account.
2. Request via Email:
Send an email with the necessary account details, such as your Full Name, Registered Email Address and Registered Phone Number with country code to hello@erglocale.com
Our team may contact you for verification purposes. Once verified, your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your request.
Important Notes:
- If you change your mind during the 30-day window, please contact us at the same email address with your reference ID, which you will receive in your account deletion request confirmation email.
- Please note that after the 30-day period, your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
